Please read the following Terms of Service Agreement carefully. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by the terms incorporated here. It is your responsibility as the customer to read terms and conditions before proceeding to use the site.

·❥ PURCHASES

The customer must provide accurate and complete details at the time of his/her/their transaction. He/she/they may be required to provide additional details (address, e-mail, phone number, etc) upon our request to ensure the accuracy and delivery of your order. 

​If you do provide an incorrect shipping address, Luv,Gab is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. Please email me at shopluvgab@gmail.com for order corrections and cancellations.

·❥ ORDER PROCESSING

Processing time is a maximum of 2 business days as this is a single woman owned business. For custom items, please allow up to 6 days for order processing. Please keep in mind that order processing is not the same as shipping. Delays in order processing may occur around promotional sale events and holidays.

·❥ SHIPPING & LOST ITEMS

Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier.

This is why it is especially important to double check you have entered the correct shipping address at checkout. Luv,Gab is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you enter an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP.

​The customer is responsible for international tax and duties for overseas orders.

We are not responsible for jewelry pieces that tarnish or break if customer is at fault. 

·❥ ​CANCELLATIONS

Luv,Gab reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information. 

​You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

♥Shipping & returns

All sales are final. We do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds due to sanitary reasons and the custom, handmade nature of our items.
